39 years of incentive trips, conferences and destination programs — built by a small senior team whose relationships across the industry are the reason our clients stay for decades.
Since 1987, G. Brodrick & Associates has built a reputation for creating exceptional experiences in destinations around the world. Our expertise spans incentive and recognition programs, professional meetings and conferences, special events, destination management and customized client programs.
What sets GBA apart is how closely we work with our clients’ internal teams. We do not operate as an outside vendor looking in — we become an extension of the team, working side by side with the people responsible for delivering the program.
We take the time to understand the company, the audience, the business objectives and the internal pressures behind every event. From planning and vendor coordination through onsite execution and final reconciliation, our role is to strengthen the internal team, reduce its workload and provide confidence that every detail is being handled.
That collaborative approach, combined with trusted industry relationships and 39 years of experience, is at the heart of the GBA client experience.
Event planning has always been a passion for me. With experience from every angle, I find that our trusted vendors, partners, and supplier network has grown over the last 39 years. This really helps our team to deliver the best experience.
At G. Brodrick & Associates, we offer our clients more than what they request based on their specific needs. We explore every possible option until the perfect event, agenda, program, or itinerary has emerged.
Our clients are not just companies, they’re part of our extended family receiving high quality services and the personal GBA touch.
I invite you to take advantage of our insider expertise in the event planning, luxury travel, and concierge service industry and embark on a journey full of endless possibilities with GBA.

With more than 15 years of experience in the corporate events industry and a Master’s degree in Marketing, Becca has built her career around turning ideas into experiences that feel thoughtful, creative, and effortless for her clients.
At the heart of her approach is listening. Becca takes the time to understand what a client is really trying to accomplish — their goals, priorities, audience, vision, and, of course, their budget — and then finds creative ways to bring it all together. She loves the challenge of making the numbers work without sacrificing the details that make an event feel special.
Highly organized by nature, Becca thrives in the details and is happiest when there are a lot of moving pieces to bring together. From sourcing the right destination and venue to developing memorable experiences, managing logistics, navigating budgets, and solving the inevitable curveballs along the way, she brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to every program.
She believes the best events aren’t simply well executed — they should feel intentional and reflect the personality, culture, and goals of the client behind them. Whether she’s building an incentive trip, leadership meeting, or one-of-a-kind corporate experience, Becca approaches each program as an opportunity to create something unique.
Above all, Becca values the relationships she builds with her clients. She strives to be the person they can trust to listen, anticipate what they need, sweat the small stuff, and ultimately turn their vision into an experience they’re excited to share with their guests.
